Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and conversion-driven content for digital advertising and social media platforms
- Develop strong creative storytelling concepts tailored to different target audiences and campaign objectives
- Write compelling ad scripts, hooks, captions, and copywriting for performance marketing needs
- Stay updated with current social media trends, viral formats, and consumer behavior to produce relevant content
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute end-to-end campaign concepts
- Brainstorm and develop creative ideas for video content, ads, and branding campaigns
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and marketing goals
- Analyze content performance and optimize creative approaches based on audience engagement and campaign results
- Create content that is not only visually appealing, but also strategically built to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years of experience in Content Creation for social media formats
- Experience in creating Creative Ads for Meta or Tiktok is preferable.
- Strong in creativity, storytelling, and content ideation
- Understands how to create content with strong hooks and audience retention
- Able to adapt content style based on different target markets and trends
- Not only confident on-camera, but also capable in concepting, scripting, and creative direction for ads/content campaigns
- Passionate about digital trends, social media culture, and creative marketing execution.
