Senior Content Creator (Fashion)

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and produce shopping videos and product styling content for all ISSA Group brands.
• Create content for new arrivals and existing products, with at least 5 videos per product across Awareness, Consideration, and Purchase pillars.
• Produce and edit engaging videos for META Ads and marketplace advertising to drive conversions and sales.
• Analyze content performance, report insights, and optimize future content strategies.
• Collaborate with Digital Commerce, Marketing, and Brand teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum D1/D3/S1 degree in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Content Creation or a related role.
• Strong storytelling, communication, and creative skills with a commercial mindset.
• Proficient in video shooting and editing using CapCut, LumaFusion, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Understand content marketing, digital advertising, and social media trends (Instagram, TikTok, and marketplaces).
• Familiar with content performance metrics such as views, engagement, CTR, conversions, and sales is a plus.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work collaboratively.
• Must provide a portfolio of video or content work.
