Job Descriptions:
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client-specific challenges and opportunities
- Develop customized assessment center solutions that align with client goals and objectives
- Prepare compelling proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of Assessment Center solutions
- Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring a smooth and successful process
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the solution lifecycle
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, sharing your expertise with the team
- Managing project delivery as the Project Manager
Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology or any major
- 7 - 10 years of working experience as a Assessment Specialist and Talent Management Specialist
- Experience in managing high-level stakeholders (clients or organizations)
- Fluent in both oral and written English
- Good communication and interaction skills
- Good analytical thinking skills
- Passionate in Assessment Center or Diagnostic
