Senior Consultant - AI and Data Transformation

We are currently hiring two Senior Consultants specializing in AI and Data Transformation to help build our consulting practice and deliver strategic transformation initiatives.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Senior Consultant - AI and Data Transformation. As a Senior Consultant, you will work directly with enterprise clients and internal leadership to design and deliver AI-driven solutions and data transformation programs.

In addition, this role will collaborate closely with internal engineering and product teams that are developing Straitpoint's enterprise AI systems. Senior Consultants will help translate real-world business requirements into system capabilities, ensuring the enterprise AI platforms being developed align with client needs and operational workflows.

This role combines consulting, solution design, and close collaboration with engineering teams building enterprise AI systems.

Qualifications

• 510 years of experience in data consulting, AI / machine learning, enterprise analytics, or digital transformation consulting
• Familiarity with technologies such as Python, SQL, modern data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks), machine learning tools, and automation platforms
• Prior experience in working on enterprise-level projects is a plus
• Experience working at major consulting firms is a strong plus.

Work Location

This role is based in Straitpoint's Jakarta office in Sudirman. Team members are expected to work primarily from the office to enable close collaboration with consulting and engineering teams.
