Senior Commercial Manager

VIO Optical Clinic, established in 2013, operates in Bekasi and Tangerang under the guidance of a certified optometrist trained at Cebu Doctor University in the Philippines, who holds a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO) and specializes in Vision Therapy. The clinic collaborates with ophthalmologists to address patients eye health concerns comprehensively. Equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, VIO provides a range of eye care services, including vision therapy, Orthokeratology, Myopia Control, and Low Vision rehabilitation. VIO Optical Clinic is dedicated to improving the quality of life for its patients by enhancing their vision and continuously innovating to deliver superior eye care services in Indonesia.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Commercial Manager located in Bekasi. The Senior Commercial Manager will oversee day-to-day commercial activities, including business planning, managing contracts, and ensuring effective team collaboration. The role also involves conducting data analysis to drive strategic decision-making and maximize organizational growth. In this leadership role, the candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives and develop long-term commercial strategies.

• Proven expertise in Commercial Management and Contract Management
• Strong proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills
• Experience in Team Management and leadership abilities
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Familiarity with the healthcare or optical industry is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
