Position: Senior Commercial Manager (Cross-Brand)

Juara Holding Group is hiring a Senior Commercial Manager (Cross-Brand) to join our growing luxury travel group in Bali. We manage a portfolio of premium travel and hospitality brands across Indonesia, including Indonesia Juara Trip, Komodo Luxury, Bali Premium Trip, Bali Premium Villa, and Juara Production. We are AI-first, fast-moving, design-led, and focused on creating world-class experiences for international and high-value guests. We are now looking for a strong commercial leader to build and scale our cross-brand commercial system.
This role reports directly to the CEO and will be responsible for strengthening the way our brands collaborate commercially, converting single-brand leads into multi-brand bookings, improving cross-sell and up-sell performance, and helping launch new premium travel circuits across Indonesia.
What You Will Do
- Lead and coach cross-brand commercial and customer relations functions across multiple JHG brands.
- Build a structured cross-sell and up-sell system to increase bundled bookings across the group.
- Convert marketing and paid-ad leads into higher-value commercial opportunities.
- Develop clean commercial dashboards, KPI tracking, CRM discipline, and reporting systems.
- Work closely with Sales, Digital Marketing, Creative, Finance, and HR as a neutral cross-brand commercial integrator.
- Design and support the launch of new premium-to-ultra travel circuits across Indonesia.
- Build and manage B2B, DMC, travel-agent, and partner networks with proper commercial and legal due diligence.
- Strengthen documentation, follow-up discipline, lead handling, and data-based decision-making.
- Build a small support team under the role as the commercial system scales.
What We Are Looking For
- 8–12+ years of commercial experience, ideally in travel, tourism, OTA, DMC, hospitality, luxury travel, or related industries.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role, preferably managing team leads, managers, or multi-brand/multi-region teams.
- Proven experience owning and growing a real commercial number or revenue target.
- Strong understanding of cross-sell, up-sell, bundling, attach rate, CRM, and commercial funnel management.
- Digital-savvy: familiar with paid ads conversion, lead tracking, CRM, email marketing, attribution, and dashboards.
- Strong B2B, DMC, travel-agent, or partnership development exposure.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong follow-through, and comfort working with numbers, systems, and documentation.
- Calm, collaborative, emotionally mature leadership style.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with confidence communicating with international clients and partners.
- AI-literate and actively uses AI/LLM tools to improve research, analysis, planning, and execution.
