About This Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and clinically strong individual to join the SEA Clinical team as a Clinical Liaison Specialist for Indonesia. This role is responsible for driving clinical excellence, supporting client's providers, and delivering high-quality clinical education across the Indonesia market.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless clinical experience for doctors and to strengthen treatment outcomes through guidance, coaching, and training.
This position is based in Indonesia, with travel required across major cities.
Contract: 1 year (extendable)
Product: Teeth aligner, oral scanning, etc.
Location: Anywhere in Indonesia (majorly travelling)
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual clinical plans and KPIs for the Indonesia market.
- Partner with Sales to jointly visit clinics and support doctors requiring deeper clinical troubleshooting or guidance.
- Deliver treatment planning guidance, case review support, and workflow coaching to enhance doctor confidence.
- Conduct clinical and product training for new providers, existing doctors, internal teams, and distributor.
- Deliver internal education (eg. new launches, clinical refreshers) for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental universities, academic institutions, and professional associations in Indonesia.
- Facilitate training, workshops, and educational initiatives with academic stakeholders to grow awareness and adoption of client's products.
- Partner with KOLs to co-develop educational content, workshops, and clinical events.
- Provide market insights, competitor intelligence, and feedback to support commercial strategy.
- Build strong relationships with key clinics, group practices, universities, and academic stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or equivalent dental degree.
- Full-time commitment required (cannot hold another job/individual practice).
- At least 2 years of clinical experience, with minimum 1 year in a corporate, training, or customer-facing role.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic foundation, especially in general dentistry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Perfect or Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Comfortable with travel and field-based work.
