Senior Client Solutions (CARE) - Surabaya Area

REQUIREMENTS:

•Strong understanding of cosmetics applications and market trends;

•Experience min 2 years sales raw materials cosmetics;

•Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills;

•High sense of ownership and responsibility, with strong attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITY:

•Has the overall responsibilities of the budget target including alignment strategy;

•Drive execution of commercial excellent initiative to maximize profitable revenue;

•Maintaining & Strengthening relationship with key customers;

•Proactively share insights or recommendations that enhance customer value and strengthen long-term relationships;

•Negotiate and close deals, addressing customer concerns and objections professionally.

•Regular monitoring demand from customers;

•Regular input and update projects in CRM;

•Stock management control.
