Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Change Management or in a similar business analysis role.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy industry is highly preferred.
Technical & Business Skills
- Strong understanding of Change Management and requirements management.
- Capable of designing communication strategies, managing resistance, and facilitating the adoption of digital systems among business customers and stakeholders.
- Possesses strong interpersonal communication, empathy, persuasion, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to conduct Change Impact Assessments, manage the implementation of socialization programs (such as sharing sessions), and analyze user satisfaction surveys.
Certification
- CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional)
- ITIL 4
