Senior Associate - Change Management Consultant
RSM Indonesia is currently seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as Change Management Consultant (Senior Associate Level).
The role is responsible in the implementation of the Change Management strategy, particularly in documentation, preparation, training, and supporting the transition to operations in the IT project.
Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination and analysis of the Change Management strategy with the Working Stream and Development Consultant.
- Assist in developing the Training Development & Plan, preparing training materials, and supporting the implementation of training according to the agreed training plan and relevant IT project documents or client guidelines.
- Support the process of preparing a complete set of operational work procedures, including post-training mentoring.
- Prepare complete documentation for all stages of Change Management activities following the implementation phase of the IT project.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from a relevant field of study.
- Minimum 2 (two) years of experience as a Consultant or Business Analyst in project implementation and/or system implementation.
- Minimum 1 (one) year of experience in Change Management projects.
- Able to communicate and possess adequate skills in both spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and/or English.
