Key Responsibilities
Handling and management of tendering process and contract development from receiving of tender request until contract document finalization in timely manner complying with the company standards and procedures
Handling of major complex contract and solving of major complex problem.
Clarification, evaluation, recommendation of tender.
Delivery of analytical and negotiation skill to achieve the best cost
Facilitation and driving of resolution meeting to obtain improvements for each issue in tendering process, ongoing contracts and post-contracts.
Interpretation of contracts providing advice and support to operational personnel in contracts management
Facilitation of the continuous improvement process of on-going contracts.
Analysis of opportunities and issue to capture improvement.
Administration management of performance based agreement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in tendering, procurement, commercial, or contract management, including at least 3 years managing complex contracts.
Proven ability to manage the full tender and contract-development lifecycle, from request receipt through evaluation, negotiation, award, and contract finalization.
Strong experience handling major, high-value, and complex contracts and resolving significant commercial or contractual issues.
Excellent analytical, commercial-evaluation, cost-optimization, and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of contract terms, risk allocation, procurement governance, company procedures, and relevant legal or regulatory requirements.
Ability to interpret contracts and provide practical commercial and contractual advice to operational stakeholders.
Proven ability to facilitate resolution meetings and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders during tendering, contract execution, and post-contract stages.
