Senior Buyer

1. Identifying customer preferences and forecasting consumer trends

2. Conduct research on customer satisfaction with products, prices, and services

3. Directly involved in the development of new products for accessories category as well as product trials, while still prioritizing quality, processing, and appearance so that it can be recommended as a product that has a selling point.

4. Sourcing targeted assortment from existing and new suppliers

5. Negotiate on supply price to get a competitive price

6. Coordinate with internal parties (stores/ operations, marketing, procurement, etc.) and external (vendors) to ensure all the launching processes of new products can run smoothly.

7. Pricing and sales management:

• Manage product pricing
• Own product P&L, responsible for margin
• Monitoring the achievement of product sales & planning for future improvements

8. Vendor Management:

• Meet suppliers and negotiate terms of contract
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products
• Contact suppliers in order or schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve issues
