We are looking for an experienced Senior B2G Specialist with a strong track record in government and SOE (BUMN) deals, both through and beyond the LKPP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow partnerships with government institutions and SOEs
  • Act as main PIC for government/SOE accounts and key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue opportunities via tender, non-tender, e-Catalog, and strategic partnerships
  • Lead end-to-end procurement processes (SPSE, SiKAP, e-Catalog)
  • Develop bid strategies, manage negotiations, and close deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and handover
  • Build and manage B2G sales pipeline and revenue forecast

Requirements:

  • Min. 47 years experience in B2G / Government Sales
  • Proven deal history with SOEs and/or government institutions
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes
  • Hands-on experience with LKPP systems (SPSE, SiKAP, e-Catalog)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Target-driven and strategic mindset

Preferred:

  • Active network in government/SOEs
  • Experience with large-scale or national projects
