We are looking for an experienced Senior B2G Specialist with a strong track record in government and SOE (BUMN) deals, both through and beyond the LKPP ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow partnerships with government institutions and SOEs
- Act as main PIC for government/SOE accounts and key stakeholders
- Identify and pursue opportunities via tender, non-tender, e-Catalog, and strategic partnerships
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes (SPSE, SiKAP, e-Catalog)
- Develop bid strategies, manage negotiations, and close deals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and handover
- Build and manage B2G sales pipeline and revenue forecast
Requirements:
- Min. 47 years experience in B2G / Government Sales
- Proven deal history with SOEs and/or government institutions
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes
- Hands-on experience with LKPP systems (SPSE, SiKAP, e-Catalog)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Target-driven and strategic mindset
Preferred:
- Active network in government/SOEs
- Experience with large-scale or national projects
