About the Role

As a Senior Business Process & Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in driving process improvement, governance, and compliance initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring operational processes are efficient, standardized, and aligned with applicable regulations, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate business process mapping, documentation, and reengineering initiatives across departments.
  • Ensure company operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies (e.g., ISO standards, anti-bribery, and data privacy regulations).
  • Develop, implement, and enhance compliance frameworks, including risk assessments, monitoring mechanisms, and internal controls.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal policies, and governance guidelines to ensure operational consistency.
  • Ensure clear dissemination and understanding of policies company-wide.
  • Provide training to departments on policy adherence and process standardization.
  • Perform regular internal compliance reviews and backend monitoring to ensure alignment with company policies, controls, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Risk Management teams to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and compliance risks within business processes.
  • Act as a key liaison for regulators, auditors, and certification bodies when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business process improvement, compliance, governance, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of business process management, governance principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing initiatives and driving improvements.
