Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Partner located in Kecamatan Bekasi Utara. The Senior Business Partner will be responsible for day-to-day business partnering activities, collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies and initiatives, providing guidance on talent management, performance management, and employee engagement, and contributing to the development and execution of HR solutions that support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strategic HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, and Performance Management skills
- Employee Engagement and Change Management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
