Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development professional to join our clients team. As a leading provider of B2B SaaS solutions, they're seeking an individual with a minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, and candidates from tech/SaaS, HR services, recruitment, or headhunting agency backgrounds are preferred, though candidates from other B2B or relationship-driven industries are also welcome to apply.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing enterprise accounts, building strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets. Your main focus will be on expanding their client base and revenue through effective sales strategies and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities and build strong relationships with enterprise clients across various industries
  • Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closing
  • Develop strategic partnerships and identify market opportunities to support business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored SaaS solutions that meet client needs
  • Consistently achieve sales targets while staying updated on industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements:


  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, Client Acquisition, or Recruitment Consultancy/Headhunting with proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Preferred candidates will come from tech/SaaS, HR services, recruitment, or headhunting agency backgrounds. However, candidates from other B2B relationship-driven industries such as consulting, banking, fintech, corporate services, hospitality, media, and logistics are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong experience managing enterprise accounts, corporate clients, and handling end-to-end sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially driven, proactive, target-oriented, and confident in closing deals
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is preferred
