Job Responsibility
1) Drive new business acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and onboarding clients across target industries such as fintech (non-banking), logistics, customs clearance, apparel/textiles, hardware, and construction materials.
2) Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including outreach (phone and face-to-face), needs assessment, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
3) Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversion of leads into active customers.
4) Develop a deep understanding of customer profiles and business needs, tailoring solutions to drive long-term partnerships.
5) Execute and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the sales process to ensure efficiency and consistency.
6) Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
7)Oversee and coordinate sales activities and performance management, ensuring targets and operational standards are met.
Job Qualifications
1)Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2) Team Management Experience to scale and grow the team
3) Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within fintech (non-banking), logistics, customs clearance, apparel/textiles, hardware, construction materials, or similar industries.
4) Proven track record in new client acquisition, with strong ability to drive business growth and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
5) Demonstrated sales management experience, including leading sales activities across both phone-based and face-to-face channels.
