Job Description

We're looking for a proactive, curious, driven, and strategic Senior Business Development Executive to help grow HOVARLAY by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and supporting brands in creating meaningful engagement experiences.

In this role, you'll help generate leads, support outreach initiatives, develop proposals and presentations, and craft compelling communications that resonate with potential partners and clients. You'll work closely with the leadership team to explore new business opportunities, refine value propositions, and help brands understand how HOVARLAY can support their marketing objectives.

You'll be at the intersection of business growth, branding, and innovation, where strategic thinking meets execution. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in engaging with people, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling narratives that drive action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential leads, partners, and business opportunities

• Outreach initiatives through email, LinkedIn, events, and other channels

• Handle inbound leads communication and follow up

• Prepare proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and partnership materials

• Craft compelling messaging and communications for prospects, partners, and clients

• Client discovery sessions and meetings to understand business objectives and opportunities

• Develop strategic recommendations and engagement concepts using the HOVARLAY platform

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

• Maintain and organize lead pipelines, contacts, and business development activities

• Represent HOVARLAY professionally in conversations with prospects, partners, and stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Background in business, marketing, branding, communications, or a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Confident in presenting ideas and engaging in conversations with others

• Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills

• Comfortable conducting research and identifying new opportunities

• Proactive, self-driven, and highly resourceful

• Highly collaborative, with a hands-on approach

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership

Bonus:

• Experience in sales, business development, partnerships, marketing, or client-facing roles

• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, or lead generation activities

• Interest in marketing technology, immersive experiences, AR/VR, or emerging technologies
