About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Business Development professional to develop our Chinese client business in Indonesia.
You will be responsible for finding new Chinese clients, building relationships with decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and introducing the right services to support their business in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find and develop new Chinese clients in Indonesia.
- Build relationships with Chinese business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Introduce our services and understand what clients need for their business in Indonesia.
- Manage the sales process from first contact to closing the deal.
- Meet clients and build strong long-term business relationships.
- Find opportunities to provide more services to existing clients.
- Keep up with Chinese companies and business trends in Indonesia.
- Build and grow our Chinese client network and business pipeline.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Strong experience working with Mainland Chinese companies and clients.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Strong network within the Mainland Chinese business community.
- Proven track record of bringing in new clients and closing deals.
- Good understanding of the Indonesian business market.
- Experience in business services, company setup, licensing, legal, recruitment, or related services is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented.
