Business Development Strategy — Design and execute BD strategies aligned with Indodax's vision and mission. This includes developing business plans, contributing to product roadmaps, and crafting go-to-market strategies for new opportunities — from token listings to market maker partnerships and beyond.
Market & Industry Intelligence — Continuously monitor trends in the crypto industry, blockchain technology, and the broader digital asset landscape. Translate market insights into actionable strategies that keep Indodax ahead of the curve.
Revenue Partnership Development — Proactively identify and close deals that directly drive revenue — including listing partnerships, market maker agreements, co-marketing collaborations, and other strategic arrangements.
Ecosystem Building — Grow and leverage a strong network across crypto projects, blockchain foundations, VCs, launchpads, and trading firms to open new business doors for Indodax.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a relevant BD, partnerships, or sales role — crypto, blockchain, fintech, or capital markets preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills — comfortable engaging C-level stakeholders, founders, and trading desks
Solid understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and exchange dynamics
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Excellent command of English, spoken and written; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus
Existing network in the Web3/crypto ecosystem is a strong advantage
