This is a senior, hands-on position and is not an entry-level role.

We are building an AI-powered enterprise e-commerce and fulfillment platform for the U.S. market and are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

We need someone who brings deep e-commerce domain expertise and can help define and shape how the product should work, not simply document requirements.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of relevant Business Analyst, Product, or Consulting experience, including significant hands-on e-commerce experience

• Deep expertise in the U.S. e-commerce ecosystem, including Amazon, Shopify, DTC, marketplaces, 3PL, OMS, WMS, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and returns

• Prior experience designing, implementing, or consulting on e-commerce, fulfillment, OMS/WMS, or related SaaS platforms

• Proven experience taking complex requirements from discovery and process design through development-ready specifications and engineering implementation

• Strong consulting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps, challenge assumptions, anticipate edge cases, and recommend practical solutions

• Ability to translate complex business processes into detailed requirements, workflows, business rules, exception scenarios, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, webhooks, and e-commerce data flows

• Understanding of agentic AI concepts and how business workflows can be translated into AI-agent responsibilities, decision points, human-in-the-loop controls, exception handling, and system requirements

• Experience working directly with product, engineering, UI/UX, and business stakeholders

• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Experience designing AI-powered or agentic products is a strong plus.

This is not primarily a documentation role. We are looking for someone with deep domain knowledge who can identify requirements we may have missed and help determine how the system should work before engineering builds it.

Experience with U.S. e-commerce platforms and operations is strongly preferred. You do not need to have worked physically in the U.S., but you should have meaningful experience building, implementing, or consulting on products serving the U.S. market.

For contractor candidates, the initial engagement will be 3 months, with potential for extension.
