Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or in a similar business analysis role.
- Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, business process modeling, and project management.
- Experience working directly with business customers/stakeholders and translating business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy industry is highly preferred.
Technical & Business Skills
- Strong understanding of Business Analysis methodologies, business process analysis, and requirements management.
- Proficient in business process modeling and documentation using relevant tools and methodologies.
- Strong ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional requirements, process flows, and business solutions.
- Good understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with business users, customers, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
Certification
- Business Analysis certification is highly preferred, such as:
- ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis)
- CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis)
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
