Project Management

  • Aid in the delivery of internal projects through effective data management and report optimization
  • Manage project timelines and track & execute against required deliverables
  • Ensure that monitoring, tracking, and reporting on project deliverables is established
  • Participate and lead, when needed, in strategic business priorities and CEO-driven initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects and reports with short or varying deadlines
  • Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to communicate updates, directional changes and key risks/issues while influencing outcomes and driving resolution

Operational Support for Licensing Regulatory Management (LRM)
  • Take lead in creating and maintaining effective operational tools for LRM
  • Participate in planning key business initiatives for CAO and LRM, working across businesses and functions to frame strategy, structure actionable solutions, and track execution
  • Provide data and reporting to be used in developing high-quality business presentations that distill complex ideas into simple, clear, and actionable communication/message aligned to LRM's strategic objectives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization on regulatory change management and monitor implementation outcomes
  • Articulate and document complex regulatory change topics in an easy to digest executive level communication for management meetings and business reviews
  • Assist and Collaborate with Corporate Functions and Line of Businesses in managing risks, impacting adherence to Philippine Regulations
  • Assist in Regulatory Change Management, by identifying cross-impacts, dependencies, and impediments to progress and ensure they are addressed
  • External Relationship Management, serve as the primary interface between the company, suppliers/vendors and select Philippine Regulator
  • Collaborate with Corporate Functions on Location strategies, to achieve organization goals of delivering world-class facility and providing excellent employee experience

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required with a preferred emphasis in a field such as Finance or Business Management, with 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Prior experience on Fixed Asset Management in a Call Center and BPO environment is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with proven, demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of an organization (written, voice, and in person)
  • Analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, which require interpreting large amounts of data and its impact to operations and production, ability to consolidate and tell a story.
  • Strong experience with creating professional presentations and communication for consumption by senior executives.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Power-Point etc.)
  • Competency in the use of technology, shared databases, and on-line tools such as Alteryx, Sharepoint and Tableau
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines, calmness under pressure and adapt to unexpected circumstances - capable of navigating in dynamic and complex environments
  • Experience in managing programs and strategic initiatives across multiple functions
  • Must be self-directed with the ability to multi-task and keep a strong attention to detail
  • A critical thinker with the ability to understand, dissect and analyze information and provide sustainable solutions capable of challenging the norm and making recommendations
  • Ability to manage complexity while fostering open communication
  • Energetic and results oriented team player
  • Knowledgeable of PEZA regulations is an advantage
