Senior Business Analyst

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain.
• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or B.Tech and MBA (preferred).
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.

What You'll Do

• Lead requirement-gathering and digital transformation consulting sessions with clients.
• Drive process analysis and documentation.
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
• Collaborate closely with development teams.
• Prepare solution documentation, KPIs, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with presales and sales for proposal building and demos.
• Build case studies and use cases in line with strategic and sales initiatives.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Perform UAT testing.
• Update, implement, and maintain procedures.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
