Senior Business Analyst

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and operational processes.
• Gather and document requirements (BRD, user stories, functional specs).
• Manage and prioritize product backlog based on business value.
• Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Support implementation of digital solutions (AI/IoT).
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collect user feedback and iterate product features accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Management.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in business analysis, product management, product owner.
• Strong business and technical acumen will be preferred.
