Senior Business Analyst- Globant

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes
• Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and other documentation to clearly define business needs and system requirements
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet business requirements and are technically feasible
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and other sessions with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and provide updates on project progress
• Prioritize new features based on short-term and long-term business goals and technical platform scalability Identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend technology solutions to support these improvements
• Assist in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure that IT solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects
• Participate in project planning and management activities, including creating project schedules, tracking progress, and communicating project status to stakeholders Provide training and support to end users on new and updated IT systems
• Exposure to working in Scrum or SAFe environment.
• Hands on experience with requirements management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps etc
