About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support publishing-related IT activities. This role acts as the coordination point between Veeva, Customer technical contacts, and the Integration workstream — keeping requirements, documentation, and open items moving.

Key Responsibilities

·      Support day-to-day coordination of publishing-related IT activities

·      Work directly with Veeva to track, document, and follow up on configuration and requirements items

·      Support the Integration workstream with requirements gathering, documentation, and status tracking

·      Translate business requirements into structured IT artifacts (e.g., user stories, Jira tickets) under guidance, rather than independently owning design decisions

·      Maintain trackers, action logs, and meeting minutes for IT-side publishing activities

·      Coordinate between Veeva, Customer technical contacts, and Integration workstream members to keep items moving

·      Flag risks, blockers, and open items promptly rather than sitting on them

·      Support testing/validation coordination as execution ramps up

Must-Have Requirements

·      5+ years of Business Analyst experience, ideally in IT, pharma, or life sciences (Preferred)

·      Comfortable with requirements documentation and tracking tools (e.g., Jira)

·      Basic understanding of software implementation projects

·      Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and time zones

·      Able to work independently on well-defined tasks while knowing when to escalate

Nice-to-Have

·      Veeva Vault exposure

·      Experience with Veeva Regulatory Vault

·      Pharmacy Regulatory Publishing experience

·      Regulatory, clinical, or pharma domain familiarity (Preferred)
