Job Description

Buumi Playscape is an integrated children platform focusing on early years education through play. Our platform caters children from 6 months to 12 years old. Our services and offerings include high quality play and event spaces (indoor and outdoor), established community's platform, on the go play services, stay at home kit, and digital contents.

We are looking for Senior Brand Partnership & Sponsorship to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach relevant brands (lifestyle, parenting, education, FMCG, retail) that align with BUUMI's positioning.
  • Create and manage sponsorship and collaboration packages onsite brand placements, digital activations, and co-branded events.
  • Generate commercial revenue beyond admissions (sponsorship fees, brand activations, product display, sampling).
  • Lead end-to-end negotiation, agreement management, budgeting, and partner relationship ownership.
  • Strategize and oversee execution of brand activations across all BUUMI outlets and digital channels (Meta, TikTok, WhatsApp, website).
  • Ensure every partner activation enhances BUUMI's design standards, customer experience, and operational safety.
  • Manage pipeline tracking, partnership performance reporting, and ROI measurement.
  • Lead, coach, and manage commercial support roles, ensuring proper planning, execution readiness, accountability, and development within the team.
  • Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and cross-department alignment with Marketing, Ops, Finance, and Program teams.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar relevant field.
  • A Masters or MBA degree is a plus.
  • Previous working experience as marketing/partnership for min. 5 years in mother & kid's products/services, especially in leadership positions.
  • 46 years experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, or commercial business development.
  • Proven performance in revenue generation and partner negotiation.
  • Experience overseeing activation or event execution is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Network within consumer/lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • Networking Aptitude.
