Senior Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and execute long-term strategies to strengthen cult's brand equity, working closely with marketing leadership and aligning initiatives with the vision of making 100 million Indians active.
2. Leverage consumer insights to craft compelling narratives that drive campaign ideas, and support growth of fitness service offerings.
3. Lead brand performance tracking by introducing best practices in brand health measurement, optimizing metrics, and ensuring actionable insights drive decision-making.
4. Co-own the objective of communication excellence with the creative team, with high quality briefing processes and clarity on marketing message hierarchies.
5. Define and execute an efficient media strategy and mix, ensuring maximum ROI across traditional and digital platforms.
6. Conceptualize and manage high-impact brand events, activations and brand partnerships to amplify cult's positioning as a community first brand that's making fitness easy, fun and accessible.
7. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints and delivering initiatives that inspire and engage the audience.

This could be you, if

1. You have 7-9 years of professional experience in brand management, with a proven track record of brand ownership in a consumer lifestyle category (e.g., fitness, FMCG, apparel, health & wellness).
2. Preferably from the consumer lifestyle category (e.g., fitness, FMCG, apparel, health & wellness).
3. You have strong expertise in developing and executing campaigns, managing media spends, and measuring brand performance.
4. You bring a strategic mindset and the ability to translate vision into action.
5. You excel at communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management, inspiring confidence and collaboration.
6. You have a data-driven approach to decision-making and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
