Adecco Indonesia is currently supporting a leading Multinational Fast Moving Consumer Goods company for a seasoned Senior Brand Manager position. This role will be placed in Jakarta, Indonesia.
This role drives the strategic direction and annual planning for a portfolio of brands, aligned with growth targets and budget. The Senior Brand Manager is accountable for end-to-end brand management and delivering growth across brand equity, market share, sales, and profitability; including full ownership of locally produced brands and oversight of internationally managed ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that strike the right balance between long-term brand health and near-term business growth
- Shape local portfolio strategy and build actionable growth toolkits grounded in data and consumer insights
- Collaborate closely with senior marketing leadership, the local management team, and cross-functional partners to ensure aligned priorities are executed with excellence
- Steward the marketing budget effectively, channeling spend toward high-impact activities while maintaining compliance with internal financial policies
- Work hand-in-hand with the Sales/Commercial team on route-to-market planning, brand guidelines, portfolio prioritization, and trade marketing inputs such as displays and promotions
- Lead strategic and content planning for all digital marketing initiatives; stay ahead of evolving media and digital trends with a test-and-learn approach
- Monitor the competitive landscape through market research, competitor analysis, and pricing intelligence to inform brand strategy and promotional planning
- Source and manage external partners including event, activation, PR, research, and social media agencies to deliver quality outcomes aligned with campaign objectives
- Ensure the marketing team adheres to procurement and payment processes, and that all agency partners comply with commercial communications standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of marketing experience; background in FMCG (F&B, Tobacco, Alcohol) is an advantage
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
