As a Senior BDE, you will:
- Drive partnerships with franchises, parent companies, and enterprise networks
- Manage the full BD funnel: lead sourcing consultative selling closing rollout
- Act as a trusted consultant, uncovering client pain points and crafting ROI-driven solutions
- Lead pilot programs and scale them into enterprise rollouts
- Research market trends and identify growth opportunities to strengthen BukuPay's position
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Enterprise Sales (fintech, POS, QRIS, SaaS, or F&B/franchise ecosystem preferred)
- Strong track record of closing enterprise/franchise deals with multi-outlet rollouts
- Wide network access in franchise/enterprise communities
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills (Indonesian & English)
- Based in Jakarta, with occasional travel
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling POS, QRIS, or fintech solutions
- Familiarity with franchise/brand management groups
- Relationships with F&B, retail, or service chains
