Job Description

Job Descriptions :

  • Prepare and process ingredients for bakery products (bread, pastries, cakes, etc.)
  • Follow standard recipes and procedures to produce high-quality products
  • Operate baking equipment and perform baking processes accurately
  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of products
  • Decorate bakery items when required
  • Maintain product availability according to daily outlet needs
  • Ensure cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment in accordance with hygiene and sanitation standards
  • Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use
  • Monitor and manage stock levels of raw materials
  • Follow all company SOPs and safety regulations in the kitchen/outlet

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) preferably in Hospitality Management/Culinary Arts
  • Experiences as a baker in a well-known bakery/shop
  • Basic knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and passionate about baking
  • Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Creativity in bakery products is a plus
