Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-availability Java applications and microservices.
  • Lead architectural discussions and advocate for best practices (e.g., SOLID principles, design patterns).
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and security.
  • Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across distributed systems.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies (e.g., Spring Boot, Kubernetes).

Technical Requirements

  • Expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security)
  • Strong knowledge of microservices, and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Proficiency in database design

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinkin
  • Leadership mindset with a focus on mentoring and knowledge sharing
