About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Aviation Security (Senior AVSEC) to oversee airport security operations, ensure compliance with aviation security regulations, and maintain a safe and secure airport environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily aviation security operations.
- Ensure compliance with aviation security regulations and company policies.
- Lead and develop AVSEC personnel.
- Oversee passenger, baggage, cargo, and access control screening.
- Conduct security inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Coordinate with airlines, airport stakeholders, and government authorities.
- Maintain security documentation and support regulatory audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Transportation, Security Management, or a related field.
- Valid AVSEC license/certification.
- Minimum 5 years of Aviation Security experience, including supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of aviation security regulations and airport security operations.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
Work Location: Central Halmahera Regency, North Maluku
Roster: 90 consecutive working days followed by 14 days off, with annual leave in accordance with company regulations.
