Job Description & Summary
We're looking for a Senior Associate Salesforce DevOps Engineer with 3–6 years of experience to drive automation, streamline deployments, and ensure secure, reliable Salesforce delivery. You'll work across development and operations teams to design CI/CD pipelines, manage environments, and enforce DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  
• Automate deployments and optimize release processes.
  
• Manage Salesforce environments (sandboxes, UAT, staging, production).
  
• Implement Git-based version control strategies (GitFlow, branching models).
  
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
  
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and architects to improve DevOps workflows.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
  
  

• 3–6 years of Salesforce DevOps or related experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and Git version control.
  
• Experience with Salesforce metadata deployments and environment management.
  
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code concepts.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  
  

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, DevOps Center Specialist).
  
• Copado/Gearset certification and advanced tool experience.
  
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Apex tests, Selenium, Provar).
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  
• Scripting skills (Python, Shell, Node.js).
