Job Description:
- Conduct internal and supplier audits in line with medical device/pharma standards (e.g., ISO 13485, cGMP).
- Support external QMS audits (Corporate, Health Authority, Notified Body).
- Deliver training and qualification programs for self-inspection auditors.
- Participate in non-conformance investigations and support complaint resolution.
- Be actively involved in product recall processes, including FAA and mock recall exercises.
- Contribute to monthly reporting (MTO, Cockpit/AQA) and data analysis.
- Assist in preparing and following up on Management Reviews and Quality Council Meetings.
- Support IMPACD and External Standards implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to site projects.
- Work in compliance with our HSE Manual and report any HSE concerns appropriately.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Experience in internal and supplier audits (preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and cGMP requirements.
- Certified Auditor qualification preferred.
- Experience in complaint and non-conformance investigations.
- Manufacturing or technical background is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Individual contributor with strong critical thinking skills.
- Good understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
