Job Description

What You'll Do

Operations & Strategy: Drive the strategy and operations function for the Stay BU, focusing on scaling business models and improving regional performance.
Merchant Management Support: Assist the Hotel Business Development (BD) team in executing operational tasks, including merchant onboarding, content editing, and managing merchant inquiries.
Content & Inventory: Work closely with BD Managers and Merchants to update pricing, inventories, photos, and other content-related matters to ensure platform accuracy.
Merchant Support: Provide ongoing operational support to merchants regarding booking and payment inquiries, campaign participation, and troubleshooting.
Process Excellence: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all backend and frontend processes; identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and optimize fundamental BD and onboarding workflows.
Project Management: Assist in various vertical-related projects, including formulating project plans and leading the execution of initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and supply coverage.
Compliance: Ensure all activities are carried out in strict adherence to Klook's onboarding standards and SOPs.

What You'll Need

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in travel, OTA, e-commerce, or a fast-paced tech startup environment.
Communication: Fluent English with good written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in a local language is a plus.
Mindset: A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude; comfortable working independently and under tight schedules.
Skills: Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy. Experience with project management and merchant-facing roles is highly preferred.
