Senior Asset & Property Management Consulting Professional (Office Building)

Job Description Summary

Open to international candidates/expats. Work permit sponsorship will be provided (subject to eligibility). This role will lead operations of a commercial office tower in Jakarta and oversee end-to-end asset operations, tenant strategy, financial performance, and facilities governance, acting as a strategic advisor to ownership while driving operational excellence on site.

About the Role:

  • Lead overall operations of a prominent office building, covering property management, facilities oversight, tenant relations, and service excellence.
  • Act as the strategic interface to ownership, providing performance reporting, operational insights, and asset enhancement recommendations.
  • Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, service charge management, cost control, and vendor contract governance.
  • Drive operational standards across engineering, maintenance, safety, compliance, and CAPEX initiatives to ensure long-term asset value preservation.
  • Lead and mentor on-site management and FM teams, embedding best practices, governance frameworks, and international operating standards.

About You

  • 610+ years of experience in senior property management, facilities management, or commercial asset operations.
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-profile commercial towers or mixed-use developments in international or institutional settings.
  • Strong financial acumen with hands-on exposure to P&L ownership, service charge structures, and capital planning.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management across owners, investors, multinational tenants, and cross-border reporting lines.
  • Professional, strategic, and culturally adaptable leader with strong English communication skills and ability to operate in an international business environment.
