Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Senior Project Architect specializing in Building Information Modeling (BIM). The Senior Project Architect will oversee and guide architectural project design, including the production of detailed project documentation and submittals. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating sustainability practices such as LEED compliance, and ensuring that BIM standards are implemented throughout the project lifecycle. The role will also involve leadership in ensuring project innovation and adherence to the company's design and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes
- Expertise in Architecture and related project design and documentation
- Competence in Project Management and experience handling architectural projects of various scales
- Ability to prepare, review, and manage project submittals and deliverables
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
- Proficiency in relevant architectural and BIM software
- Familiarity with local and international architectural codes and standards
