We're looking for a Senior Android Engineer who lives and breathes Kotlin someone who thrives on clean architecture, scales mobile apps with confidence, and takes pride in crafting delightful, high-performance experiences.
You'll play a key role in the next chapter of our Android platform shaping core architecture, delivering high-impact features, and collaborating closely across backend, design, and QA teams.

What you'll do
- Lead the development of high-quality Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack libraries
- Help define and evolve our Android architecture MVVM, Clean Architecture, modular codebases
- Integrate with a range of services Firebase, payment gateways, and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Optimise app performance, responsiveness, and crash resilience at scale
- Partner with backend, product, and design teams to build seamless, polished user experiences
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices
- Champion testing, CI/CD, and app quality in collaboration with QA engineers
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of hands-on Android development experience
- Deep knowledge of Kotlin, Android SDK, and scalable app architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
- Strong track record building, shipping, and maintaining apps at scale
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling network/data performance
- Familiarity with Jetpack Compose, Firebase, and the modern Android toolkit
- Ability to write clean, testable, maintainable code in a fast-paced environment
