Job Summary

As a key member of Traveloka's Human Resources team's Org & Talent Development department, the Senior Analyst, Organizational & Talent Development plays a pivotal role in advancing organizational and talent initiatives that align with the company's business goals. This Corporate Functions-level People role leverages expertise in Organizational & Talent Development to drive structured, growth-focused strategies that enhance individual and organizational performance, while contributing to the team's mission of nurturing top talent and an inclusive culture.

Job Responsibilities

  • Shape organizational structure, drive culture change, and enable business-aligned transformation initiatives
  • Design, implement, and oversee end-to-end performance management processes including objective-setting, check-ins, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations
  • Lead talent identification, development, and succession planning efforts to build a sustainable leadership and skills pipeline
  • Assess employee capability gaps, create targeted learning strategies, and deliver programs that build leadership, functional, and technical excellence
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to strengthen employee satisfaction, commitment, and retention
  • Conduct calibration sessions and talent reviews to ensure alignment and consistency in performance assessments
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related policies, tools, and best practices
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) to address underperformance
  • Drive the development and implementation of competency models to guide employee growth and performance assessments

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related field
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective people initiatives, preferably in the Tech, Telco, or FMCG industries
  • Strong knowledge of organizational development (OD) and talent development strategies and methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and engage with stakeholders effectively across different organizational levels
  • Excellent self-awareness, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in conducting data analysis on talent metrics (e.g., promotion trends, performance outcomes, talent pipeline health)
  • Familiarity with designing and implementing succession planning frameworks to identify future leaders
