Role — Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer (Full-time, Remote)

We're looking for an AI Engineer to build production-ready LLM applications (RAG, agents, workflow automation) integrated into real business processes.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an AI Engineer. The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions with a focus on pattern recognition, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP). Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data, creating algorithms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing software through testing and iteration. The role also involves contributing to the development and deployment of AI models and staying up to date with advancements in artificial intelligence and related fields.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end LLM systems (OpenAI SDK, LangChain/LangGraph).
• Develop Python backend services and APIs (Pydantic).
• Implement search/retrieval with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.
• Orchestrate async/scheduled workloads (Celery/Prefect).
• Work with data models and persistence (SQLAlchemy).
• Add observability (OpenTelemetry).
• Collaborate with product/engineering to ship iteratively.

Qualifications

• Strong Python + software engineering fundamentals.
• Practical experience with LLM apps (RAG/agents/tool calling).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and quickly re-prioritize.
• Strong, effective communication, since we are full remote team.
• LangChain/LangGraph and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch

Nice to have

• LLM evaluation/guardrails experience.
• BS4/Playwright experience
