Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Business, or a related field (minimum GPA 3.00/4.00).
- Master's degree or overseas university experience is an advantage.
- Experience in accounting or consulting firms is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to challenges.
- Service-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Summary of duties:
- Lead and execute financial due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and/or other transaction-related assignments.
- Prepare clear and structured due diligence reports and presentations for clients.
- Coordinate with clients, target management, and internal teams to obtain required data and address issues identified during the engagement.
- Support engagement Managers/Partners in planning, supervising junior team members, and managing timelines and deliverables.
- Demonstrate solid exposure to multiple transaction projects across various industries, with the ability to quickly understand different business models and sector-specific risks.
- Willing to support and work on other advisory projects beyond due diligence, including internal audit and/or valuation engagements.
