Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as an accountant or in a similar role
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• People management skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Well organized with strong time management

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of master data in the accounting system
• Master Data Management, such as create, update, and maintain COA, Contact, Product, and Analytic Plan
• Provide regular reports regarding master data health, such as integration
• Validate master data requests for accuracy and policy compliance
• Perform periodic data cleanup and deduplication to prevent system errors
• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, and Marketing teams to align master data with business processes.
