DOO you have what it takes
- Perform month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Conduct intercompany reconciliations and ensure proper settlement across entities.
- Maintain balance sheet substantiations and supporting schedules.
- Handle fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.
- Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and internal control standards.
- Review accounts payable and accounts receivable postings for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the monthly cashflow OPEX budget review and forecast updates.
- Prepare and file monthly tax reports (e.g., VAT/GST) and support compliance requirements.
- Support preparation of reports for local statutory and regulatory authorities.
- Manage bank-related administrative matters including maintenance and authorized signatory updates.
- Liaise with outsourced accounting providers and conduct first-level review of their deliverables.
- Support internal and external audit processes with necessary documentation and analysis.
- Identify and drive process improvements within the R2R function.
Requirements:
- Chinese-speaking, as the majority of CFD invoices are in Mandarin
- Graduated from a Top 10 university in Indonesia
- At least 2 years of working experience in a Big 4 or Top 10 audit firm will be an added advantage
- Strong fundamentals in accounting are required
