About This Position

This position is a staff loan. As a Staff Loan employee, your employment status will be with our firm, but your work will be carried out on behalf of another organization.

This is a 3-6 month contract-based role that offers dynamic opportunities to gain experience across various industries, providing exposure to both consulting firms and corporate environments. You will be assigned to a Banking company located in Jakarta.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Good understanding of financial statements, preferably with exposure to banking industry financial reporting.
• Basic knowledge of PSAK regulations.
• Previous experience working in a Public Accounting Firm or Consulting Firm is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Descriptions:

• Review and analyse banking financial statements to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Process, analyse, and monitor year-to-date actual financial data to identify trends, variances, and key business insights.
• Prepare financial forecasts and budgets using simple financial models based on historical and current actual data.
• Perform variance analysis between actual results, forecasts, and budgets, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support management reporting and financial performance analysis on a regular basis.
