Senior Accountant

We Are Looking For

As the Senior Accountant, you will be overseeing accounting operations, analysing complex financial records and reports, and preparing financial statements and reports.

You should be business savvy, have an innovative mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.

• Responsible for the day-to-day accounting and operations, including timely month end closing and reporting.
• Coordinate with the local accounting/payroll service provider for the day-to-day transactions and ensure all transactions are properly recorded & accounted for.
• Support the year end audit and tax matters.
• Monitor and support taxation requirements, including tax reconciliation (collecting Bukti Potong PPH23), tax compliance.
• Manage the FA register including CIP.
• Prepare and obtain approval for the new AP and AR creation.
• Responsible for bank reconciliation & cash management (including cash flow).
• Maintain the open PO status report on weekly basis.
• Engage with stakeholders to follow up the supplier invoices, verify and record into system.
• Liaise with government authorities e.g., Custom, Inland Revenue etc.
• Assisting the management report required by HQ reporting.
• Assist any data required other departments/external.

Qualities You Should Have

• Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in full sets accounting
• Possess knowledge in Indonesia Tax Regulations, Brevet A&B advantage
• Oracle Netsuite experience will be an added advantage
• Experience in Big 4 will be an added advantage
• Proficient in written and spoken English
