We are a growing fashion and garment manufacturer seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to own our financial operations end-to-end. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a lean team environment — transaction volume is moderate (under 100 transactions per week), but accuracy, ownership, and proactive financial insight are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accounts Payable

• Bank Reconciliation

• Online Store → POS Entry

• Cost Price — New Styles

• Budgeting

• Profit & Loss (P&L)

• Finance Analytics

• Petty Cash Control

Additional Responsibilities

* Working with Internal to prepare P&L and come up with business proposal 

• Maintain accurate books on the Accurate accounting system, ensuring all entries comply with standards

• Prepare and file monthly tax reports (VAT/PPN and PPh) in compliance with applicable regulations

• Manage accounts receivable, including invoice issuance, aging tracking, and follow-up on outstanding payments

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes with timely journal entries and accruals

• Maintain fixed asset register, including depreciation schedules and periodic physical asset verification

• Coordinate with external auditors and provide documentation during audit periods

• Monitor inventory-related accounting and liaise with the production team on stock valuation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in fashion, garment, or manufacturing

• Proficient in Accurate accounting software

• Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation (PPh & PPN)

• Experienced with e-commerce and POS system data entry

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis

• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Proficiency in English (Speaking, Writing & Listening)

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience in garment costing and bill of materials (BOM)

• Familiarity with Shopify, Tokopedia, or Shopee financial reports

• Brevet A & B tax certification

• Basic understanding of fashion production cycles and seasonal planning

• Experience preparing management reporting dashboards
