Job Description:

  1. Manage and maintain the assigned client portfolio while building long-term relationships with strategic clients.
  2. Identify sales opportunities and business development potential from both existing and prospective clients.
  3. Prepare and deliver business proposals, conduct presentations, and lead price and contract negotiations.
  4. Ensure smooth and effective fulfillment of client requirements by coordinating closely with relevant internal teams.
  5. Regularly monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively follow up on any issues, concerns, or complaints.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline; preferably in Information Technology or related fields.
  2. At least 5 years of proven working experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of IT business, particularly in Banking IT and Financial Technology / Digital Payment industries.
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in preparing presentations and data reports using Microsoft Office applications.
  6. Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
  7. Highly adaptable with the ability to respond quickly to changing business needs.
  8. Accustomed to working in a target-driven environment.
