We are looking for a Senior Account Manager, National Government to join our Indonesia team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital government. This is more than a sales role; it's a strategic partnership position where you will help some of the country's most important institutions unlock value through advanced enterprise and geospatial solutions.

About the Role

You will be at the centre of our National Government engagement strategy - building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding mission-critical priorities and translating these into meaningful technology-enabled outcomes.

Working across a highly collaborative environment, you will bring together domain experts, solution architects and delivery teams to design and deliver solutions that genuinely improve how government operates.

Your success will be defined not only by revenue growth, but by the depth of your partnerships, the trust you build and the long-term value you create for both clients and the organisation.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead strategic engagement with National Government clients across Indonesia
  • Develop and grow long-term, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Identify and shape complex enterprise sales opportunities from early stage through to close
  • Translate customer challenges into tailored, high-impact solution propositions
  • Partner closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
  • Drive disciplined pipeline management and consistent sales execution
  • Contribute to sustainable, profitable growth across key government accounts

About You

  • Strong background in enterprise solution sales, ideally in complex IT environments
  • Demonstrated success working with government or large institutional clients
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales processes
  • Strong commercial acumen with a consultative, insight-led approach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • A disciplined, structured approach to managing opportunities and pipeline
  • A growth mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Experience in GIS, geospatial or data-driven solutions is highly valued
